Shipping, Payment, and Order Policies
1. Delivery Time
• Pre-order delivery takes 2 to 6 weeks depending on the country of origin.
• In-stock items are shipped immediately.
2. Order Confirmation
• In-stock items require a 25% advance payment, with the remaining balance payable via cash on delivery or bank transfer.
• Pre-orders require a 35% advance payment, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.
3. Returns & Cancellations
• Returns or cancellations are only accepted if the item received is damaged or incorrect in size.
• You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to initiate a return or cancellation.
4. Payment Methods
• We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD) or bank transfer.
5. Delivery Charges
• Delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary depending on the city.
6. Box for Shoes
• Shoes are shipped without boxes by default.
• Boxes can be arranged for an additional charge of 1,000 PKR.
7. Unforeseen Delays
• In case of delays due to unforeseen events, we reserve the right to ship items later than the estimated delivery date.
