Returns or cancellations are only accepted if the item received is damaged or the wrong size, and the customer contacts us within 24 hours of receiving the item. After 24 hours, returns or cancellations will not be accepted. We do not accept returns or cancellations if the item does not meet personal preferences, appears different from the product image, or if delays occur due to unforeseen events such as customs delays.
